The company’s filmography includes acclaimed titles such as Force, Commando, Holiday, Force 2, Commando 2, Namastey London, Commando 3, Sanak, Human, The Kerala Story, and Bastar, among others. Our Founder
Vipul Amrutlal Shah
At the core of Sunshine Pictures is Vipul Amrutlal Shah, a filmmaker, visionary, and creative force behind some of Bollywood’s most enduring films. His journey from theatre to television to mainstream cinema reflects his belief in stories that move audiences both emotionally and socially.
As the founder and guiding spirit of Sunshine Pictures, he has built not just a production company, but a creative ecosystem founded on integrity, innovation, and teamwork. His direction has led the company through changing times, keeping its focus on quality, originality, and purpose-driven entertainment.

Shefali Vipul Shah
One of India’s most celebrated actors, Shefali Shah brings exceptional artistry and emotional depth to Sunshine Pictures. Known for powerful performances in Satya, Monsoon Wedding, Dil Dhadakne Do, Delhi Crime, Human, and Three of Us, she has earned national and international acclaim, including an International Emmy Award and multiple Filmfare and National Awards.
As a filmmaker and creative leader at Sunshine Pictures, Shefali infuses the company with her vision, discipline, and instinct for storytelling. Her presence strengthens the studio’s artistic foundation and reinforces its pursuit of authenticity and excellence.
